How much do home health services cost?

“Research shows that at least 70 percent of people over 65 will need long term care services at some point in their lifetime. And while most people think of long term care as impacting only those in senior years, 40 percent of people currently receiving long term care services are ages 18 to 64.”

The cost of home care varies widely according to the state in which one resides. For example, studies have shown that costs can range from highs of over $20 per hour or as low as under $10 per hour. Some insurance may assist in covering the expenses of home care services making cost minimal or perhaps no cost to you at all.
